Capacity Building Training on the Observer Status with the African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights<\/a>: Special Focus on Women Rights<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The African Court Coalition calls for applications for a virtual training on the Observer Status with the African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

OBJECTIVE OF THE TRAINING <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The main objective of the training is to educate the targeted audience on the importance of observer status with the African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights, and to provide them with technical support in the application process of the same. <\/span><\/p>\n

EXPECTED OUTCOME<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The expected outcome of this activity is to enhance CSOs engagement with the African Human Rights system, in particular the African Commission on Human and Peoples\u2019 and the African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights.<\/span><\/p>\n

TARGETED AUDIENCE<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

The Capacity building training targets legal practitioners and Civil Society organisations. Priority will be given to CSOs that focus on the Rights of Women. <\/span><\/p>\n

APPLICATION <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Interested individuals should submit their application through this\u00a0REGISTRATION PAGE<\/a>\u00a0by responding to the required questions. <\/span><\/p>\n

CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION <\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

Upon successful participation of the capacity building training participants will be awarded certificates acknowledging their participation. <\/span><\/p>\n
