On Thursday 21 August 2025, the African Court Coalition was honored by a historic courtesy visit by the Judge President of the African Court on Human and Peoples\u2019 Rights, Honorable Justice Modibo Sacko. The landmark visit served as a pivotal moment to strengthen the long-standing partnership between the two institutions. Also present in the delegation from the African Court were Mr. Nouhou Diallo, special assistant to the Judge President, and Ms. Fatma Sefsaf, a legal officer of the African Court.<\/p>

During a substantive strategic dialogue, discussions centered on the Coalition’s pivotal role in enhancing the Court’s visibility and helping to overcome its challenges. The Coalition presented its aligned projects, while both parties explored synergistic actions to promote a more effective and independent regional justice system.<\/p>

In his remarks, the Judge President acknowledged the Coalition’s vital and indispensable role, conveying the Court’s deep appreciation for its commitment. He reaffirmed the Court’s dedication to strengthening the partnership, envisioning it as a model of institutional synergy built on open dialogue to serve justice in Africa.<\/p>

Le jeudi 21 ao\u00fbt 2025, la Coalition pour la Cour africaine a eu l’honneur de recevoir la visite de courtoisie historique du Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour africaine des droits de l’homme et des peuples, l’Honorable Juge Modibo Sacko. Cette visite marquante a constitu\u00e9 un moment charni\u00e8re pour renforcer le partenariat de longue date entre les deux institutions. \u00c9taient \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sents dans la d\u00e9l\u00e9gation de la Cour africaine M. Nouhou Diallo, assistant sp\u00e9cial du Pr\u00e9sident de la Cour, et Mme Fatma Sefsaf, juriste \u00e0 la Cour africaine.<\/p>
