Should you be interested in this assignment, the tender should be submitted in accordance with the Terms of Reference for the Development of a Five-Year Strategic Plan (Annex 1) and the Form for Submission of Proposals (Annex 2) which can be downloaded HERE:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/africancourtcoalition.org\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/03\/Terms-of-Reference-ACC-Strategic-Plan_22102020.pdf\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\">Terms of Reference \u2013 ACC Strategic Plan_22102020<\/a><\/p><p>The Contract will be awarded on the basis of the most economically advantageous proposal according to a best price-quality ratio as described in Annex 3, Eligibility and Selection of Proposals.<\/p><p>The deadline for submitting applications is\u00a0<strong>4 November 2020<\/strong>.
