We are pleased to share the African Court Coalition five-years Strategic Plan (2021-2025)<\/strong><\/p>

This five-year (2021-2025) strategic plan is a result of a comprehensive process of consultations with the staff of the Coalition, members of the Executive Committee and ordinary members of the Coalition, as well as other stakeholders and friends of the Coalition. It is the combination of the valuable suggestions, options, points of view, critiques and recommendations from a variety of stakeholders that have significantly contributed to the clarity of priorities and focus for the Coalition as defined in this strategic plan.<\/p>

Our goal is to build a Coalition that is representative of its primary constituencies, with a strong institutional infrastructure and functional presence in all Regions of Africa to coordinate efforts towards building an independent and effective African Court. We recognize the importance of reorganizing our Coalition, strengthening its institutional structures and its governance and management, with the benefit of lessons learned from implementation of previous plans.<\/p>

The Coalition is thrilled to launch this strategic plan and we call upon all our members, our development partners and stakeholders to give us the support we need as we undertake to effectively implement it. The successful implementation of this plan will only be achieved if all of us commit to playing our respective roles in achieving the goals and objectives herein.<\/p>

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to each and everyone who took part in the process of the development of this Strategic Plan.<\/p>
